Gerald Primeaux Sr., is the son of noted Peyote Singer Asa Primeaux Sr. He comes from the Yankton Sioux reservation based at Greenwood, South Dakota.He has been involved with this Peyote Way all of his life and believes in it fully with mind, body and spirit. Gerald is also a proud veteran. His first recording of Yankton Sioux Peyote Songs has been nominated a Finalist for the 2000 Native American Music Awards: Best Traditional Recording.
