Sammie Largo Spiritual Memories

My name is Sammie Largo. I am a member of the Dine Tribe from Crownpoint, N.M. We hope these songs will bring happiness into your hearts and souls. I would like to thank my family for their support and also Sampson Enrico for helping me drum on this album.

We share a loving memory of our dear late father George Etsitty, who has been a lifetime member of the Native American Church. He has taught us all well and become aware of these songs, prayers and traditional teachings. Though the course of life is both unpredictable and challenging, we feel a second strength from our dad through his spiritual guidance within us every day. Our heart and emotions are expressed through these songs. We miss our father so much.
