The songs presented on this recording I learned from my dad, Kenneth Woody Sr. and from my late mom, Mary Tso Woody during the years I was growing up. During these times my brothers, cousins, and I were singing and praying withthese songs. I would like to acknowledge my brothers and sisters for their influence, words of encouragement and support over all the years. I am most thankful to the Creator for a good stable life and reuniting me with my beautiful children, Kendelia Lynn Shay, Kendrick Woody and Annaqiuta Shavina Woody.
